Warranty
All watches have a certain warranty period. The warranty offer along with its terms and conditions are usually mentioned in the product instruction manual or separately on the warranty card.
Your watch warranty is a set of specifications that cover what your watch is expected to do, the manufacturer's terms of service, how long it will last, and the basic care you will need to take if there is a problem with the product.
The package will always include some basic information about the timing, conditions of use, and care for continued effectiveness. It also depends on the country's laws and regulations for these warranties.
All watches which are listed on Bezel Case Dial are genuine and 100% authentic.
Brands which are incorporated by our own warranty:
Certain brands and models are sold under our own warranty. In the event your product needs servicing or repairs, you have to send the watch to us. We will service/ repair it and send it back to you. You only have to pay for the shipping.
Watches which are shipped with manufacturer warranty cards:
Buying a new watch does not have to be a challenging task. For many, it is just a simple purchase following the completion of an extensive search process.
If your watch is not functioning properly, then you can visit to the local service center. The service center will evaluate the watch and if they not able to repair it, please send the watch to us.
What is covered?
Some warranties cover repairs while others cover hardware replacements only. To some extent, the amount of coverage provided by your warranty will be limited by law.
The watch warranty only covers the internal mechanism of the watch.
Your watch will not be covered for external physical damage including:
- Water or moisture damage in the watch
- Damage on the case or glass of the watch
- Missing stones or gems
- Bracelet, band or straps damage
- Crown, stem or finishes damage
- Damage to clasps/buckles
- Signs of wear and tear to the watch by using daily
- Battery damage
The warranty does not cover damage under some conditions that are not allowed by the manufacturer’s policy for example,-defects induced with the aid of external force, wrong use, or that exceed water resistance guidelines.
Please note that the damage as a result of having the watch repaired by a third party voids your watch warranty. This is very easy for our service center to identify and in such cases, repairs will be chargeable.
